People in and around the city of Regina SK will recognize "Cow" as the mascot of Cowtown Western Wear. He started out as a radio personality, and I was tasked with giving him a cartoon likeness for print advertising. I've done many, many illustrations of "Cow" in various situations/poses/occupations...here's a small sampling of them...
