Freelance 101.

This is a crest designed for a jacket that I did up a few years ago...it was done "on spec" - meaning it was done WITHOUT an agreed-upon price for the final product. Long story short, the customer has the artwork, and I got STIFFED. What have we learned from this, kids?...DO NOT work on spec!

  1. Why do people think media artists work for free?? It constantly amazes me to hear about this kind of "theft", and being a photographer, I can totally relate!
